Your Apraxia Framework

This course is offered for .8 ASHA CEUs. 

• The following is required to receive your certificate of completion for 8 professional development hours (PDH). 

  • Complete all the lessons in the course and receive an 80% or more on a 15 question exam.  You have limitless attempts to take the quiz.
  • Submit a short course evaluation form.
  • No partial credit is offered for this course.

   

This course is offered for 8 professional development hours.

Additionally, you have the ability to earn an additional 4.5 PDH hours for watching several of the recorded zoom sessions, and taking a 10 question exam. 

You can also earn a certificate for LIVE professional development hours by attending the monthly Q and A meetings. 

• You have lifetime access so you can refer to it anytime you start with a new client or need more therapy ideas. 
• The course is an online self paced course with no time limit to complete it.  There is a 7 day time limit to complete the requirements for ASHA CEUs once the course is completed. 
• You can access the course on the Kajabi app on your computer or mobile device. (information on this app is given in the introduction video).
• The monthly Q and A takes place on Zoom during the third or fourth week of every month. (Access will be granted when you complete the course). The meetings generally take place at 8:00 PM EST.
• The zoom meeting is recorded and hosted on the Kajabi portal. You are able to submit your questions via email even if you cannot attend the meeting.
• A zoom link will be sent each month approximately 2-3 weeks before the meeting as well a reminder 1-3 days before the meeting.

1. Complaint Submission Process

   • Customers with complaints should contact us by email at [email protected] within 7 days of the issue occurring.

   • Complaints should include the customer’s full name, course name, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue.

2. Acknowledgment and Response Time

   • The CE administrative assistant aims to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days of receipt.

   • The CE administrative assistant will provide a response or update within 5 business days from the initial acknowledgment.

3. Resolution Process

   • Technical Issues: If the complaint involves technical issues (such as access difficulties or content not loading), we will work to resolve these promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may offer alternative solutions, including access extensions or partial refunds, depending on the situation.

   • Content Concerns: If the complaint pertains to course content (such as errors, inaccuracies, or unmet expectations), a refund will be offered if the customer did not access more than 10% of the course.

4. Escalation

   • If a complaint is not resolved to the customer’s satisfaction, it may be escalated to the Director of Continuing Education (CE) for further review.

   • The customer will be notified within 2 business days if an escalation is in progress, along with a projected timeline for resolution.

5. Final Decision

   • Once a resolution has been reached, we will inform the customer of the final decision. This decision will be considered final unless new information or evidence is provided.

6. Continuous Improvement

   • All complaints are documented and reviewed periodically by the Professional Development Advisory Committee to help improve our course offerings and customer service experience.

7. Course Cancellations

   • If Bondar Speech cancels the course before the customer has had a chance to watch it, a full refund will be issued. Bondar Speech will contact the customer with information on receiving the refund.
